Erythritol

Erythritol is a non-caloric sweetener, about 70% as sweet as sugar.  It occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetable, and our Erythritol is produced by fermentation based on natural materials.

It tastes cool feeling, that can help to mask aftertaste from some food materials. As a nice alternative to sugar, it is suitable for diet beverages and dairy products, such as sugar-free chewing gum chocolate and candies. The same time, it is good mate mixed togather with high insentive sweeteners, such as Stevia Leaf Extarct and Monk Fruit Extract.
